Project Design Consultants offers a wide range of health and welfare benefits to its full-time employees. You can select from a variety of benefits to best meet the needs of your personal family situation. Spouses, registered domestic partners, and legal dependents may be covered under our insurance plans. Employees are eligible to enter the following plans after completing one full calendar month at PDC:

  • Medical insurance
  • Dental insurance
  • Vision care
  • Long-term disability insurance (no cost to employee)
  • Employee assistance program (no cost to employee)
  • Life Insurance & AD&D (no cost to employee)
  • Flex spending account (pre-tax dollars to offset qualified medical expenses)

The Company also offers a comprehensive 401(k) plan that includes a discretionary Company match. Employees are eligible to enter the plan upon completing 90 days of employment and at the beginning of a quarter. A quarter begins on the 1st day of the months of January, April, July and October.

PDC offers its employees nine paid holidays and personal leave is earned as follows:

0 through 5 years 16 days/year
6 through 10 21 days/year
11 through 15 24 days/year
16 years or more 27 days/year
