Employees are eligible to enter the following plans after completing one full calendar month at PDC:

The Company also offers a comprehensive 401(k) plan that includes a discretionary Company match. Employees are eligible to enter the plan upon completing 90 days of employment and at the beginning of a quarter. A quarter begins on the 1st day of the months of January, April, July and October.
