Project Design Consultants provided engineering services on the Mira Mesa Market Center, a  mixed-use commercial, entertainment, and residential development consisting of approximately 492,000 SF of commercial/retail space including a Home Depot, theater, restaurants, and a supermarket, as well as 432 multifamily residential dwelling units, located off Mira Mesa Boulevard between Westview Parkway and Interstate 15 in the City of San Diego.

Project Design Consultants performed preliminary and final site and public infrastructure design; complex cost estimating, analysis, and allocation of assessment and reimbursement costs; complex hydrology and hydraulic analysis to minimize impact on existing undersized downstream drainage systems, and design of substantial offsite drainage system; vacation of existing street; and addition of 1,600 LF of fourth and fifth eastbound lanes to Mira Mesa Boulevard approach to I-15 design.
