Glendale Plaza is a five acre City of Phoenix urban redevelopment project along the future light rail corridor at 19th Avenue and Glendale Road. It is a transit oriented project focused on pedestrian access to the multi-tenant retail center.
Project Design Consultants was retained by Arizona Partners to entitle and design the center to accommodate four retail uses on the former dairy processing plant. Tesco, a new entry in the Valley grocery market occupies the corner, Tutor Time daycare, a restaurant and multiple shop spaces will occupy the center. Among our major design responsibilities were surveying, civil engineering infrastructure, site engineering for Tesco, Tutor Time, the restaurant and the shops and landscape architecture for the over-all center.
