Del Rio Springs is a Master Planned Residential Community with a Mixed Use Commercial Village Center and Golf Club in upland Arizona north of Prescott. It comprises the bulk of the 1982 acre Bond Ranch. PDC completed a Preliminary Yield Study of the 985 acre tract east of SR 89 for Brown Family Communities. Included in the due diligence was a revised master plan for 1550 single family units, 17 acres of Live/Work commercial and 74 acres of park/open space. Water rights, 404 permitting and CLOMR programming were evaluated along with wet utilities, drainage and mass grading.
