Skyway Business Park is a 300 acre commercial/industrial development located in Surprise and one of it’s largest economic developments. The park is zoned I-1, I-2, BP and contains 63 lots ranging from 1 to 58 acres. Rail service is available for numerous lots. PDC provided civil site design, surveying and landscape architecture for the park as well as off-site infrastructure needed to serve the development.
