Project Design Consultants was selected to provide preliminary engineering, preliminary site design, final engineering, ALTA Survey, and mapping services for the Manchester Pacific Gateway project.

This one-of-a-kind property transforms San Diego’s renowned port district into an iconic waterfront opportunity;a strategic, stunning, luxurious development that will immediately and globally enhance our region’s reputation as one of the world’s most desirable destinations.

The project site is over four (4) City “Super” blocks (equivalent to eight (8) city blocks) which will construct two (2) levels of subterranean parking, seven (7) buildings, and a 1.9 acre public park. The constructed buildings will consist of several office buildings, hotel towers, a museum, and retail. Additional street improvements on North Harbor Drive and Pacific Highway will also be constructed per the North Embarcadero Visionary Plan.
