Vice President - Engineering

 

As Vice President of Engineering, Debby manages the engineering staff at PDC. As a Project Manager she is responsible for development, processing and management of engineering documents. Examples of Engineering documents include contracts, schedules, entitlement documents, technical studies (i.e. Drainage, Floodplain, Water Quality, and SWPPP), construction plans, and cost estimates for budgeting and construction purposes. In addition to her role as Vice President of Engineering, Debby manages PDC’s Water Resources Department and is responsible for the drainage, flood control, and water quality design aspects of all company projects, both public and private. As a Registered Civil Engineer with over 22 years of combined civil and water resources engineering experience, her projects include a broad variety of land development efforts. These includethe  planned communities, commercial and industrial subdivisions, public and quasi-public improvements, entertainment venues, and downtown redevelopments. Her expertise in project management of land development projects provides an integral link between design team and Clients.
